Thank you to all of our sponsors, students, board members, and guests that participated in this year's graduation ceremony held on Thursday, September 27th, 2018. It was a wonderful night celebrating the accomplishments of the MCLA Class of 2018.
The event was held in the Community Room at SCI REMC and began with an energetic meet and great. Heavenly Helpings provided the excellent meal. Adam Rawlins was this year's keynote speaker. His speech was centered around human connection which left the audience feeling empowered to become better, stronger leaders. Human connection is a basic need. Positive relationships matter and are vital to building a workplace where employees are engaged.
This year's class project was the 2018 Run for a Cause which benefited Habitat for Humanity of Morgan County. We were honored to have Mr. Bill Robinson in attendance. The students proudly presented him with a $3,800 check.
The students were again honored by a video presentation showcasing their MCLA experiences. Then, Chris Page announced students names as Jen Staggs and Kristi Dunigan presented them with their diplomas.
